John P. Lizotte heads up the technical staff of seven (7) engineers and administrators. John's team currently has over fifty-six (56) years' experience in the office equipment industry. All staff is authorized by the manufacturer to service the lines Roland sells.
Manufacturer Authorization really means Roland's team is all factories trained. Each person has gone to the U.S. factory technical training each year for one week. Authorization also means Roland has invested over $ 100,000.00 in original equipment manufacturer replacement parts. Our goal is to respond to customer emergency requests in under two (2) hours.
